Hi all My name is katrina, im 29 years old and I follow slimming world. Ive been doing slimming world on and off since I was 14 years old. This is my latest journey and currently im back up to almost 2 and half stone lost. I wanted to share with you all my food diaries so if you are struggling or just want some new ideas you could maybe get some inspiration from them and use them however you choose, if you choose to at all :) I have put my syn values in but please dont take them as gospel as you may have different measurements to me also I can get away with not syning some things but that is what works for me so just use them as a guide. Food Diary 8th June 2011 - 1.5lb lost

FOOD DIARY – 8TH JUNE

WENESDAY – EXTRA EASY

BREAKFAST – Bacon Sandwich (400g loaf, 2 slices w/meal), low fat marg 1.5 syns, ketchup ½ syn) White coffee (*milk allowance)

3.30pmish – Can of Diet coke
SNACK Morrisons tinned ravioli in tomato sauce (1 syn),

– mullerlight, ½ pt sugar free squash
DINNER Aldi oakhurst bbq pork steaks (7 syns per ½ pack) new potatoes, carrots, peas, sweetcorn

SUPPER – mullerlight, banana, white coffee (milk allowance)
- syn free chips, chicken, ketchup (1 syn) ½ oz cheddar cheese (in place of milk) ½ oz cheddar cheese (2 syns), sugar free squash

Total syns 13
‘a’ box - Quarter pt milk & ½ oz cheese
‘b’ box - 2 slices w/meal bread

THURSDAY – EXTRA EASY
BRUNCH 11.30am – 14g puffed wheat, chopped banana, ¼ pt milk from allowance, mullerlight, 2 Dutch crispbreads (4 syns), cottage cheese, chicken

SNACK – chicken sandwich (1 slice w/meal) (1 slice w/meal (3 syns), weight watchers nachos (4.5 syns)

DINNER – Liver, bacon, onions, mushrooms, mashed potatoes, peas

SUPPER peach crumble (30 syns)

‘b’ box – 14g puffed wheat & 1 slice w/meal (400g loaf)

FRIDAY – EXTRA EASY
BREAKFAST 11.30am – mullerlight, white coffee (milk 1.5 syns)

LUNCH – 3 bacon, scrambled egg, spaghetti hoops, 1 slice w/meal toast, ketchup (1 syn), low fat marg (1 syn) sugar free squash

DINNER – omelette (ham, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, red peppers, 1oz cheddar) syn free chips

DINNER 6.15pm– 2 bacon, syn free potato slices, mushrooms, beans, tomatoes, 3 crackerbread, low fat marg (1.5 syns) ketchup (1 syn) white coffee (milk from allowance)

SUPPER 2 crackerbread (2 syns) low fat marg (1 syn), chicken, glass of milk

DINNER – aldi oakhurst pork shanks in peppercorn sauce (1.5 syns), boiled potatoes, carrot & swede mash, broccoli, cabbage

MONDAY – EXTRA EASY
BREAKFAST – mullerlight, banana, diet coke

LUNCH 1 slice w/meal toast (400g loaf), low fat marg (½ syn), spaghetti hoops, 14g cheese melted on top, white coffee (milk from allowance)

 DINNER – baked trout fillets in *butter sauce (low fat marg 2 syns), jacket potato and mixed salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomato, spring onion, peppers, sweetcorn
*butter sauce – low fat marg, onion, asparagus, dill, lemon, salt & pepper

SUPPER 3 crackerbread, 1 laughing cow extra light, weight watchers nachos (4.5 syns)
