Hi all My name is katrina, im 29 years old and I follow slimming world. Ive been doing slimming world on and off since I was 14 years old. This is my latest journey and currently im back up to almost 2 and half stone lost. I wanted to share with you all my food diaries so if you are struggling or just want some new ideas you could maybe get some inspiration from them and use them however you choose, if you choose to at all :) I have put my syn values in but please dont take them as gospel as you may have different measurements to me also I can get away with not syning some things but that is what works for me so just use them as a guide. This weeks progress

loss this week - 6lb
Total so far - 2 stone 3.5lb

Soooooooooooooooo chuffed this week :) I really wanted to get off what I put on last week.  It just shows what a little forward planning can do.  Its really spurred me on.  Hopefully I can get back to my first target by xmas.  7 weigh in's to go :)

Food Diary 25th October - 6lb loss

WEIGH IN & LUNCH – cheese & broccoli pasta n sauce (½ syn), cherry tomatoes & chopped cucumber, turkey ham, mullerlight, 1 litre sugar free squash

MID AFTERNOON – gammon ham, small jacket potato, homemade coleslaw (mayo ½ syn)

DINNER – chilli con carne with rice (Schwartz packet 1.5 syns) lean mince, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, kidney beans, garlic bread (10 syns)

Darts night – diet coke, ½ coke (7 syns)

SUPPER – coconut mullerlight, fresh pineapple, 1 alpen lights, ½ pt s.s milk

WEDNESDAY – EXTRA EASY
 BREAKFAST - 1 sachet of original oats so simple made with 1/2 milk (from allowance), 1/2 water and a scan bran crushed in. Topped with frozen summer fruits & sweetener

MID MORNING – cup of tea (milk from allowance), bottle diet coke

LUNCH – speedy vegetable soup (frozen casserole mix, veg stock cube, garlic S&P), 1 slice of w/meal toast (3 syns) topped with low fat marg (1 syn).  Mullerlight

Snack – banana

DINNER – sausage casserole (Schwartz packet 2 syns, 4 eat smart Cumberland sausages 2 syns, mushrooms, onions, tinned tomatoes, carrots), boiled potatoes, cabbage
PUDDING – weight watchers mousse (2 syns)
