Hi all My name is katrina, im 29 years old and I follow slimming world. Ive been doing slimming world on and off since I was 14 years old. This is my latest journey and currently im back up to almost 2 and half stone lost. I wanted to share with you all my food diaries so if you are struggling or just want some new ideas you could maybe get some inspiration from them and use them however you choose, if you choose to at all :) I have put my syn values in but please dont take them as gospel as you may have different measurements to me also I can get away with not syning some things but that is what works for me so just use them as a guide. Food diary 22nd June 2011 - lost 3lb

FOOD DIARY – 22nd JUNE

TUESDAY – EXTRA EASY
WEIGH IN & LUNCH – ham sandwich – 2 slices w/meal bread, low fat marg (2 syns), pom bear crisps (4.5 syns), mullerlight, diet coke

DINNER 7pm – chicken legs & thighs, rack of ribs (8 syns), ham, boiled eggs, green bean & sweetcorn salad, mixed tomato salad (0.5 syns), low fat potato salad (1.5 syns), low fat coleslaw (1.5 syns) white bread (6 syns), ½ pork pie (10 syns)

WEDNESDAY – RED DAY (not very hungry today)
LUNCH – mullerlight, 3 bacon (fat removed), sliced hard boiled eggs on 3 crackerbread, low fat marg (1 syn)
DINNER homemade meatballs (1 syn), tomato sauce with peppers, onions & mushrooms (tomato puree (1 syn), 8oz jacket potato, Mediterranean vegetables (packet mix 1 syns)

SUPPER 9.15pm – chopped apple & pear dipped in fromage frais & sweetener
             3 crackerbread, 2oz cheddar, ham, chicken leg

DINNER – Roast chicken, cabbage, carrot & swede mash, runner beans, cauliflower, broccoli, gravy (3 syns)
Pudding – chocolate custard cake (1 syn) topped with vanilla yogurt strawberries & squirty cream (1 syn)
