Hi all My name is katrina, im 29 years old and I follow slimming world. Ive been doing slimming world on and off since I was 14 years old. This is my latest journey and currently im back up to almost 2 and half stone lost. I wanted to share with you all my food diaries so if you are struggling or just want some new ideas you could maybe get some inspiration from them and use them however you choose, if you choose to at all :) I have put my syn values in but please dont take them as gospel as you may have different measurements to me also I can get away with not syning some things but that is what works for me so just use them as a guide. Progress & thoughts

This week - 2.5lb loss
Total to date - 2 stone 1.5lb

Feeling a little better this week.  I havent rigidly stuck to the plan as intended cos I wanted to get the 6 off that I gained last week but even with straying a little bit I still had a loss so i'm happy.  Off to do my menu for the week now and looking to have another loss next week :)

DINNER – Chicken stew (chicken, potato & sweet potato, carrot, turnip, onion, celeriac, parsnips), dumpling (9 syns), w/meal roll

DINNER – pizza topped turkey (see recipe, 1oz cheddar), syn free chips, sweetcorn
