Hi all My name is katrina, im 29 years old and I follow slimming world. Ive been doing slimming world on and off since I was 14 years old. This is my latest journey and currently im back up to almost 2 and half stone lost. I wanted to share with you all my food diaries so if you are struggling or just want some new ideas you could maybe get some inspiration from them and use them however you choose, if you choose to at all :) I have put my syn values in but please dont take them as gospel as you may have different measurements to me also I can get away with not syning some things but that is what works for me so just use them as a guide. Food Diary 28th September - 2lb lost

WENESDAY – EXTRA EASY
BREAKFAST – Banana
½ hr swim
LUNCH – sweet n sour mugshot, 3 crackerbread topped with 1 laughing cow ex.light cheese & ham.  Melon & mullerlight

DINNER – sirloin steak, new potatoes, large salad, corn on the cob

SUPPER – 3 crackerbread topped with 2 laughing cow ex.light cheese & ham. Chicken thighs. Aero bubbly dessert (4.5 syns)
Total syns 4.5

THURSDAY – EXTRA EASY
BREAKFAST – 1 weetabix with chopped banana & sweetener, milk from allowance.  1 slice w/meal toast with low fat marg (1 syn). White coffee
LUNCH - chicken & bacon ceaser salad (ceaser light dressing ½ syn), 2 crackerbread (2 syns) with 1 laughing cow ex.light cheese, chicken mugshot & mullerlight
Snack – diet coke & mikado sticks (3.5 syns)
DINNER  -  chicken stirfry – noodles, mange tout, onions, mushrooms, peppers, baby corn, chow mein sauce (2.5 syns)                                                       
PUDDING – Trifle (5 syns)

SATURDAY – EXTRA EASY

BRUNCH – 3 lean bacon, 2 eat smart sausages (1 syn), 2 hash browns (4 syns), beans, tomato, mushrooms, scrambled eggs, 2 slices w/meal toast (low fat marg 1.5 syns), ketchup (1syn).  Diet coke

DINNER – Jumbo prawns, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, cottage cheese & pineapple.  Mugshot.  25g hula hoops (6.5 syns). Diet coke.  ½ pt hot milk & sweetener

DINNER – Hunters chicken (bbq sauce ½ syn, ½ oz cheese, Philadelphia 2.5 syns), jacket potato, large salad

This weeks progress 4th october 2011

Weigh in this week - 2lb lost
Total loss - 2 stone 1.5lb

Really chuffed with this weeks loss. Ive been on the plan 100% and enjoyed every single meal.  Its a nice feeling to be focused again. Tonights dinner was supposed to be cottage pie but with time restrictions ive not been able to cook so the other half suggested pizza.  Now........they they were nightmare words to my ears, I really want to stay on track so when I phoned to order, I ordered his and then for the first time in my life I asked them what was the smallest pizza they did.  They came back with the childs pizza which was 6". So I have decided to have pizza, but instead of doing the usual 12" im going to have a 6" and have it with syn free chips and salad and count the pizza as my syns.  A proud moment and a significant turning point for me, I really feel that I can do it this time and not deny myself.  Power of positive thinking :)
