Hi all My name is katrina, im 29 years old and I follow slimming world. Ive been doing slimming world on and off since I was 14 years old. This is my latest journey and currently im back up to almost 2 and half stone lost. I wanted to share with you all my food diaries so if you are struggling or just want some new ideas you could maybe get some inspiration from them and use them however you choose, if you choose to at all :) I have put my syn values in but please dont take them as gospel as you may have different measurements to me also I can get away with not syning some things but that is what works for me so just use them as a guide. Progress

This week - maintain
total loss 2 stone 4.5lb

Im happy with maintaining this week as ive had an M&M issue, they have just kept jumping into my mouth :) back on track now though and looking forward to a loss next week. hopefully i can get back to my 2.5 stone award, we shall see :) x

DINNER – homemade burger in a w/meal roll, cheese slice (2.5 syns) mushrooms & onion relish (½ syn), syn free chips, mixed salad, salad cream (1 syn)

LUNCH – uncle bens sweet & sour rice time, Satsuma, banana, toffee mullerlight, ½ w/meal cheese s/wich

DINNER – toad in the hole – 2 aunt bessies yorkshires for sausages (10 syns), 2 eat smart sausages (1 syn), mashed potato, cabbage, marrowfat peas, onion gravy (2.5 syns)
