Hi all My name is katrina, im 29 years old and I follow slimming world. Ive been doing slimming world on and off since I was 14 years old. This is my latest journey and currently im back up to almost 2 and half stone lost. I wanted to share with you all my food diaries so if you are struggling or just want some new ideas you could maybe get some inspiration from them and use them however you choose, if you choose to at all :) I have put my syn values in but please dont take them as gospel as you may have different measurements to me also I can get away with not syning some things but that is what works for me so just use them as a guide. Just a little review on this week

Even though i've maintained i'm not too disappointed, i've really enjoyed my food this and stayed on track.  I just think it maybe fluid due to my star week and i'm confident it will come off next week :)

Food Diary 9th August - maintain

CODE – FREE FOOD                                               *w/meal bread 400g loaf

WEDNESDAY – EXTRA EASY
BREAKFAST – Banana & fresh pineapple chunks

LUNCH – Open bacon sandwich on 1 slice w/meal. Mullerlight
½ hour zumba on the wii (1 litre of sugar free squash)

DINNER – Chicken & leek bake (Schwartz packet 3.5 syns, ¼ pt milk 3 syns, 1oz cheese), tagliatelle, Mediterranean veg.
1 litre sugar free squash
PUDDING – Sugar free jelly & syn free ice cream
Total syns 6.5
‘a’ box – cheese
‘b’ box – 1 slice w/meal

THURSDAY – EXTRA EASY
BREAKFAST – baked beans on 1 slice w/meal, strawberries, banana & mullerlight. Sugar free squash

LUNCH – Jacket potato topped with tuna, sweetcorn & extra light mayo (1 syn), side salad. Jelly & syn free ice cream. Sugar free squash 

DINNER – Chicken saag aloo (sauce jar 6.5) onions, tomatoes, potatoes. Thai style rice (1 syn). Diet fanta

SUPPER – Chocolate options (2 syns) made with milk from allowance, aero biscuit (5 syns)
Total syns 15.5

‘b’ box – 1 slice w/meal

FRIDAY – EXTRA EASY
BREAKFAST – banana, chopped strawberries & melon topped with mullerlight.  Bacon & 2 fried eggs and 1 slice w/meal toast. Diet fanta

LUNCH – Fat free supernoodles. Diet fanta

DINNER – 3 Morrisons eat smart Cumberland sausages (1.5 syns), syn free chips, fried egg & baked beans. 1 litre sugar free squash
½ hour dancing on wii
SUPPER – ½ sausage sandwich - 1 Slice w/meal, 2 Morrisons eat smart Cumberland sausages (1 syn).  Chocolate options (2 syns) made with milk from allowance, aero biscuit (5 syns)

SATURDAY – EXTRA EASY
BREAKFAST – Banana.  21g all bran with chopped strawberries & milk from allowance. ¼ melon. Mullerlight. Diet coke

LUNCH – Lean bacon, 3 Morrisons eat smart Cumberland sausages (1.5 syns), scrambled eggs, baked beans, 1 slice w/meal toast.

SUPPER – 3 crackerbread (3syns) topped with 2 laughing cow ex.light cheese triangles, ham & cherry tomatoes. Pom bear crisps (4.5 syns) mullerlight, chocolate options (2 syns)

DINNER – chicken & leek casserole (Schwartz packet 3 syns), roast potatoes, carrot & swede, broccoli & cauliflower, cabbage, roast parsnips
PUDDING – Steamed ginger puddings & sweetened fromage frais (6.5 syns)

MONDAY – EXTRA EASY
BREAKFAST – Chopped melon & strawberries topped with chopped alpen light (3 syns) & mullerlight

DINNER – Ham salad – lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, peppers, beetroot, sweetcorn, eggs, coleslaw, (1 syn), potato salad (1 syn), w/meal roll. Diet coke

SUPPER – Mullerlight. ½ slice w/meal (1.5syns), 1oz cheese
