Hi all My name is katrina, im 29 years old and I follow slimming world. Ive been doing slimming world on and off since I was 14 years old. This is my latest journey and currently im back up to almost 2 and half stone lost. I wanted to share with you all my food diaries so if you are struggling or just want some new ideas you could maybe get some inspiration from them and use them however you choose, if you choose to at all :) I have put my syn values in but please dont take them as gospel as you may have different measurements to me also I can get away with not syning some things but that is what works for me so just use them as a guide. Food Diary 15th June - 1lb lost

FOOD DIARY – 15TH JUNE

LUNCH bachelors macaroni cheese pasta ‘n’ sauce (2 syns) mixed with sliced ham. White coffee (*milk allowance). Strawberries

DINNER 6.30pm – chicken legs & thighs, corn on the cob, syn free chips, homemade coleslaw (carrot, cabbage, red onion), 2 level tbsp extra light mayo (½ syn) fromage frais. Fresh fruit salad. Chocolate cake (6 syns)

SUPPER – ½ chicken sandwich
