Hi all My name is katrina, im 29 years old and I follow slimming world. Ive been doing slimming world on and off since I was 14 years old. This is my latest journey and currently im back up to almost 2 and half stone lost. I wanted to share with you all my food diaries so if you are struggling or just want some new ideas you could maybe get some inspiration from them and use them however you choose, if you choose to at all :) I have put my syn values in but please dont take them as gospel as you may have different measurements to me also I can get away with not syning some things but that is what works for me so just use them as a guide. Food Diary 11th October - 1/2lb gain

DINNER – Sirloin steak, new potatoes, mixed salad & mild pepper sauce (Schwartz mix 1.5 syns & milk from allowance)

SUPPER – chocolate dessert – 1 chopped hifi bar (HEB) topped with fromage frais mixed with chocolate options (2 syns) & sweetener, grated aero biscuit on top (5 syns)
