Hi all My name is katrina, im 29 years old and I follow slimming world. Ive been doing slimming world on and off since I was 14 years old. This is my latest journey and currently im back up to almost 2 and half stone lost. I wanted to share with you all my food diaries so if you are struggling or just want some new ideas you could maybe get some inspiration from them and use them however you choose, if you choose to at all :) I have put my syn values in but please dont take them as gospel as you may have different measurements to me also I can get away with not syning some things but that is what works for me so just use them as a guide. Food diary 2nd august - 4lb lost

FOOD DIARY – 2nd AUGUST

TUESDAY – EXTRA EASY
WEIGH IN & LUNCH – cheese, leek & ham pasta n sauce (½ syn), 5 mini breadsticks (2 syns), 2 laughing cow e.light cheese triangles, strawberries, mullerlight, 7up free  

DINNER – kebab & syn free chips – sliced steak, onions, Chinese leaf, fried in Frylight total 0% Greek yogurt mixed in at the end. Pitta bread (7 syns), mixed salad. Diet tango

SUPPER – cold meats, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, beetroot, cottage cheese, 6 w/meal crackerbread. Diet tango

DINNER – pork casserole (Schwartz packet 3 syns), sliced potatoes in chicken stock, runner beans & cabbage

SUPPER – 5 mini breadsticks (2 syns), 1oz cheese, refresher lolly (3 syns). Diet tango

DINNER – chilli & rice, 25g Doritos (6.5 syns) diet tango
