Hi all My name is katrina, im 29 years old and I follow slimming world. Ive been doing slimming world on and off since I was 14 years old. This is my latest journey and currently im back up to almost 2 and half stone lost. I wanted to share with you all my food diaries so if you are struggling or just want some new ideas you could maybe get some inspiration from them and use them however you choose, if you choose to at all :) I have put my syn values in but please dont take them as gospel as you may have different measurements to me also I can get away with not syning some things but that is what works for me so just use them as a guide. Food Diary 24th August - 2.5lb off

WEDNESDAY – EXTRA EASY
BRUNCH – 2 slices w/meal toast with marg (2 syns), scrambled egg (milk from allowance), 2 slices bacon.  Fruit salad (apple, pear, strawberries, raspberries, melon) topped with vanilla mullerlight.

DINNER – Beef casserole (beef, onion, carrot, Schwartz packet 3 syns), mashed potato (milk from allowance, marg 1 syn), cabbage, green beans

SUPPER – carrots & cucumber sticks, quark & garlic dip, mullerlight.  Chocolate options (2 syns)

BREAKFAST – banana & diet tango  
Fruit salad (apple, pear, strawberries, raspberries, melon) topped with strawberry mullerlight.  2 slices w/meal toast with marg (2 syns), topped with 2 fried eggs.

LUNCH – pot noodle mugshot (1 syn), 2 sesame seed Ryvita (3 syns) topped with marg (1 syn), ¼ oz grated half fat cheese (from HEA allowance), cucumber, tomato & beetroot. Diet tango

DINNER – Lemon & mustard pork (recipe in new mag, syn free) Potatoes, butternut squash, parsnips leeks, red onion

SUPPER – Chocolate options (2 syns) ¼ pt milk from allowance

LUNCH – speedy veg soup (celery, red onion, leeks, carrots, cabbage, green beans, potatoes).  Fruit salad (apple, pear, strawberries, raspberries, melon) topped with onken fat free yogurt

DINNER – Syn free spaghetti bolognaise

SUPPER – chocolate options indulge (3 syns) (milk from allowance), 2 weight watchers toffee cookies (6 syns), mullerlight

PUDDING – Skinny cow ice cream (4.5 syns)
