Hi all My name is katrina, im 29 years old and I follow slimming world. Ive been doing slimming world on and off since I was 14 years old. This is my latest journey and currently im back up to almost 2 and half stone lost. I wanted to share with you all my food diaries so if you are struggling or just want some new ideas you could maybe get some inspiration from them and use them however you choose, if you choose to at all :) I have put my syn values in but please dont take them as gospel as you may have different measurements to me also I can get away with not syning some things but that is what works for me so just use them as a guide. Food Diary 17th August - maintain

WEDNESDAY – EXTRA EASY
BRUNCH – Chopped strawberries & melon topped with mullerlight. 2 w/meal crackerbread (2 syns) topped with ham & hard boiled eggs

MID AFTERNOON – Baked beans on 1 slice of w/meal toast (3 syns). Apple

DINNER – Syn free quiche, jacket potato, salad, coleslaw (1 syn), w/meal roll

SUPPER – W/meal roll (6 syns), 1oz cheddar, pom bear crisps (4.5 syns)

THURSDAY – EXTRA EASY
BREAKFAST – Banana

LUNCH – 2 slices w/meal bread filled with bacon, lettuce & tomato. Diet coke

DINNER – Marinated Thai chickens thighs on Chinese noodles mixed with onions, mushrooms, peppers & fromage frais

PUDDING – apricot crumble (6 syns) – (crumble made with ½oz flour 2.5 syns, ½oz low fat marg 2.5 syns, sweetener). Topped with sweetened vanilla mullerlight

‘b’ box – 2 slices w/meal bread

FRIDAY – EXTRA EASY
BREAKFAST – Apple, banana & coffee (milk from allowance)

MID MORNING – 1 slice w/meal topped with sliced tomatoes, bacon, & ¼oz cheddar.  Chopped strawberries & melon topped with mullerlight  

SNACK – Pom bear crisps (4.5 syns)
3 diet cokes throughout the afternoon
DINNER – chicken thighs, pasta salad (ex.light mayo 1 syn) Cajun beef rice, syn free quiche  

SUPPER – Mullerlight, chocolate options (2 syns)
