Hi all My name is katrina, im 29 years old and I follow slimming world. Ive been doing slimming world on and off since I was 14 years old. This is my latest journey and currently im back up to almost 2 and half stone lost. I wanted to share with you all my food diaries so if you are struggling or just want some new ideas you could maybe get some inspiration from them and use them however you choose, if you choose to at all :) I have put my syn values in but please dont take them as gospel as you may have different measurements to me also I can get away with not syning some things but that is what works for me so just use them as a guide. Food Diary 1st November - 1.5lb lost

TUESDAY – EXTRA EASY
NO BREAKFAST

WEIGH IN & LUNCH – 2 slices w/meal bread filled with low fat marg (2 syns), ham, lettuce, tomato & cucumber. Sweet & sour mugshot.  Mullerlight, quavers (4.5 syns), 1 slice scan bran cake (1 syn). 2 diet tango

DINNER – mince & onion pie (shortcrust pastry 15 syns), syn free chips & marrowfat peas.

WEDNESDAY – EXTRA EASY
BREAKFAST – oat so simple porridge & 1 crushed scan bran (½ milk from allowance & ½ water). Topped with sweetener & frozen summer fruits. White coffee (milk from allowance)

LUNCH – Tuna & extra light mayo (½ syn) on jacket potato with ¼oz grated cheddar with salad, light salad cream (1.5 syns) Apple, diet tango

DINNER – Chicken breast stuffed with 1 laughing cow extra light cheese, garlic & parsley served on creamy mushroom pasta (onions, mushrooms, bacon, quark & fromage frais), Mediterranean veg (courgette, carrots, peppers, cherry tomatoes, schwartz packet 2 syns)

DINNER – Fish medley (cod, prawns & smoked salmon), new potatoes & mixed salad, dressing (2 syns)
