Hi all My name is katrina, im 29 years old and I follow slimming world. Ive been doing slimming world on and off since I was 14 years old. This is my latest journey and currently im back up to almost 2 and half stone lost. I wanted to share with you all my food diaries so if you are struggling or just want some new ideas you could maybe get some inspiration from them and use them however you choose, if you choose to at all :) I have put my syn values in but please dont take them as gospel as you may have different measurements to me also I can get away with not syning some things but that is what works for me so just use them as a guide. Sorry for no post week

Heya
Just a quick note to apologise for no post this week.  Due to losing my sister to breast cancer last week I didnt follow the plan at all and consequently put on 5lb.  I have started following the plan again and there will be a diary on next week....promise :)

WEIGH IN & LUNCH – supernoodles (fat free) with a chicken oxo cube and dash of Worcester sauce.  3 w/meal crackerbread topped with 3 laughing cow ex.light cheese & turkey ham, mullerlight yogurt & 2 diet cokes 

(2 more diet cokes in afternoon)

DINNER 7pm – chicken bhuna made with cook in sauce jar (6 syns), pilau rice (1.5 syns), 3 pappadums (6 syns) & 1 tbsp mango chutney (2 syns)
Out for the evening – 3 diet cokes
Supper 12.30 - 3 w/meal crackerbread topped with 3 laughing cow ex.light cheese & turkey ham, mullerlight yogurt

Just a little note

Feeling a little disappointed as ive put on 1/2lb but it hasnt affected my focus in anyway.  I know why ive put on - eating noodles that I thought were free so when you read the food diary dated 28th june the supernoodles are not free im not sure how many syns though
